This site has numerous online tools to post links, create rubrics, online quizzes, webpage maker, etc. Tools are free, but you must register.
ABC Teach
Numerous free printables, lessons, worksheets, calendars, clip-art, flash-cards, word-walls, portfolios, etc.
Read Write Think Online Activities
Numerous online activities for students here, in which they create their own work online and are able to print out the results. Examples include: Acrostic poem, shape poem, persuasive essay, circle plot diagram, comparison and contrast, drama map, comic creator, fractured fairy tales, letter generator, etc.

Early reading online activities.
eMINTS Webquests
Organized by subject AND grade level. This site has many many other resources for teachers.
